Each group were asked the following question, with the scribes recording the answers, to help guide the board at their retreat to prepare for the upcoming year: Program: Richard Himmer Ph D presented an interesting and insightful program about how we shut down our learning skills every time we respond to someone “I know.” He gave us his version of a lifelong learner agreement, and how it’s easier to be happy than addicted!
